If you need the order to be send to you as soon as possible, we have a express shipping service option at a rate of SGD$20.00 - SGD$25.00 per order.
With a tracking number provided, you will be able to check the status of your item once the item has been dispatched out from our warehouse.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

This is a very rare situation but we sincerely apologized if you have received a defected/ incorrect item from us.

Also, the return & exchange service has been extended to customers with dissatisfied purchases due to sizing problems and other matters. But do note that returns are not free and have to be reimbursed by the customer for additional postage cost. For more information, please read on.

All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & accompanied by the return form. Item(s) that does not meet the criteria will be denied.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DISSATISFIED PURCHASE

- Costs for both return shipping as well as shipping back to the recipient will have to be bear by the customer fully.

- Free normal postage / priority shipping is not applicable when customer choose to exchange due to dissatisfied purchase.
- Postage charges for shipping back to the customer will be deducted on the credit note.
- Customers with dissatisfied purchase are only entitled to a limit of ONE exchange per order.
- Any further exchanges after a new exchange made to the exisiting order will strictly not be allowed.
- To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be returned in original condition. Any item that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of dispatched date for orders send to Singapore, within 28 days for international orders.
- Any items that are returned to us after the stipulated period will sadly be ignored.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- For exchanges, once we have received your package, we will process it within 3 working days.
- Please kindly attach the return notice together with your package.
- Strictly no cash refunds are allowed.
- Credit notes will be issued to customer with dissatisfied purchase.
- Please take note that credit note is only applicable for usage at the Modparade online store only.
- You may use the credit note to exchange for an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange any items that are valued higher than your credit note, a top up will have to be made.
- If you wish to exchange any items that are valued lower than your credit note, no refunds will be made.
- All credit notes are valid for 30 DAYS from the date of issue.
- Sales items are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable.

- Cost for return shipping as well as shipping back to the receipent is absolutely free for defected and incorrect item(s).
- To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned in original condition. Any item that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of dispatched date for orders send to Singapore, within 28 days for international orders.
- Any items that are returned to us after the stipulated period will sadly be ignored.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- Please kindly attach the return notice together with your package.

- Length discrepancy of 0.5 - 1.5" in our given measurements shall not be considered as a defect.
- Vintage items will not be considered as a defect if flaws are in existence.

Modparade usually design/ manufactured the apparels. We do source them internationally from our own network of suppliers.

What is the size of your model? :
As we constantly have new faces to join us, please refer to the product description for Model Stats.

How do i get informed of the latest products you have? :
Simply join our mailing list located at the bottom right hand corner of the web store. Please make sure that the email address you have keyed in is a valid one.

What should i do if i need more information regarding a product? :
Modparade usually provide as many information as possible. However, if you need a more detailed information, you can drop us an email at sales@modparade.com.

I have a question before ordering. What should i do? :
You can drop us an email with your question to sales@modparade.com and we will answer your queries within 36 hours. Please take note that we do not entertain orders via email. We would only answer your queries through it.

What are the mode of payments Modparade accepts? :
We accept DBS/POSB ATM & IBANK transfer, PAYPAL, INTERBANK, VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.

Why do i need to take a clear snapshot of my ATM transaction receipt or provide you with my ibanking nick? :
This is the only way that we can track your payments. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt as on our side, it is noted ATR with date only. Therefore, if there are multiple transfers in a day, there is simply no way that we can verify it other than referring to a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. Modparade has the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.

How will my items be mailed to me? :
We ship all Singapore orders through courier delivery.

I am an international buyer. How are the postage charges like?:
International postage charges are automatically tabulated by the system according to the number of items.

ORDERING
Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus items not paid within the timeframe of 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.

All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.

Modparade makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
