TAXES & DUTIES
The recipient will be charged for all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and amount will vary according to your local tax system. We are unable to provide this information for you at checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
/ Self Collection
Self collection is now available at our studio for your convenience by appointment basis only. Please kindly arrange an appointment prior coming down.
Location of self collection will be at Modparade Studio (Senang Crescent, along Chai Chee Street). The address of self collection will be emailed to you, a day before your appointment date.
Collection is only possible once we have dropped you an email, notifying you that your item is ready for collection.

- Backorders are opened for highly popular sold out items until slots are being fully taken up.
- The arrival timeline for Backorder items differ and are stated in the individual product page. An email will only be send once your order is ready to be dispatched out.
- Unless you have opt to send out your in stock item(s) first, your order will only be dispatched out once all Backorder item(s) has arrived.
- We sincerely apologize that if the Backorder item you have ordered has been delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- For delayed Backorders, strictly no cancellation of order will be allowed. An email will be send to notify you on the latest status updates.
- For cancelled Backorders, either a Store Credit OR Refund will be issued, depending on your preference.
- Slight colour discrepancy for the Backorder items and In Stock items may be present due to difference batches of fabric purchased and will not be considered as a defect.
/ Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
This is a very rare situation but we sincerely apologized if you have received a defected/ incorrect item from us.
- For defective item, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photograph of the defect area. We will be in touch with you on the next steps to take once we assess the defect.
- Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective/ incorrect for Singapore Orders Only.
- All defective/ incorrect items are to reach us within 10 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self collection orders), or within 20 days for international orders.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Shoes should be returned with the original packaging.
- A replacement item will be provided for defective/ incorrect returns. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, a store credit voucher valid for 12 months will be provided.
THE FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A DEFECTIVE ITEM
- Measurements discrepancy of 0.5 - 1.5" as items are mass produced.
- Do note that our UK sizing is only a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
- Colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting).

/ Returns & Exchange
OUR RETURN POLICY
- Returns on regular priced item(s) will be accepted within 10 days of the dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self-collection orders), or within 20 days for international orders.
- We do not provide exchanges. However, it will be processed as a return and a store credit will be issued to you.
- If you have change your mode of collection after we have dispatched it out for self-collection, the dispatched date will still be based on the first mode of collection, before changes are made.
- A store credit, valid for 1 year will be credited to your account within 7 working days upon receiving the return parcel.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). Shoes should be returned with the original packaging, free of damage.
- Orders made with discount codes, promotional period, sales items, store credits redeemed with The Effortless Insider Points, The Effortless Insider Birthday Month, store credits issued for previous returns, compensation store credits, gift cards, vouchers, accessories, swimwear and bags are not allowed for any returns.
-Store credits (issued due to previous returns), The Effortless Insider Points, The Effortless Insider Birthday Month, discount codes, applied to the entire single order and all the items in the same order are also not eligible for any form of returns.
- Note that Shipping charges are non-refundable nor creditable.
- We do not accept walk-in returns.
- We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards, return after the stipulated return period OR caught misuing the system.
- Customer will have to arrange their own mode of collection at own cost for Rejected returned packages.
HOW TO RETURN
- To request for a return, please kindly download the return form here.
- You are required to notify us via email here to check if the item is valid for return. The return address will also be given to you once your return request has been approved.
- Upon receiving confirmation from our customer service, the return item must be mailed out via a trackable mode of delivery.
- We will not be responsible for any lost mail send back through non-traceable mailing options.
- Return item(s) are to reach us within 10 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self-collection orders), or within 20 days for international orders.
- We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards OR after the stipulated return period. Customers will have to arrange their own mode of collection to retrieve rejected returns.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED
Your return parcel will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving. You will receive an email once we have processed your return with your Store Credit information.
CAN I OPT FOR A REFUND FOR MY RETURN ITEMS)
We strictly do not provide refunds for returns.
HOW MUCH STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MY RETURN ITEM(S)
A value of $2 - $3 will be deducted off every apparel/shoe returned due to a subsidised delivery rate that was offered during the initial purchase. This, however, does not apply to customers who opted for self-collection.
Store credits are to be utilised in one single transaction only and any balance credit amount will not be refunded back in cash or credits.
WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES?
We do not reimburse return delivery charges.
Size and colour exchange is not available. If your item fits the above return policy, a store credit will be issued, which you are able to utilize it to purchase the same item in the required size or colour.
Reservations of sizes or colour prior to the return will not be allowed.

CAN MY ORDER BE RETURN IF A STORE CREDIT HAS BEEN USED
Orders made with a store credit (issued due to dissatisfied purchases) are not eligible for returns.
CAN I EXTEND THE EXPIRY DATE OF MY STORE CREDIT
Store credit are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel your order. If your order is eligible to make a return, you can drop us an email at email@example.com.
We accept DBS/POSB ATM & IBANK transfer, PAYPAL, INTERBANK, VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.
This is the only way that we can track your payments. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt as on our side, it is noted ATR with date only. Therefore, if there are multiple transfers in a day, there is simply no way that we can verify it other than referring to a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. Modparade has the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.

International postage charges are automatically tabulated by the system according to the number of items.

Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus items not paid within the timeframe of 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.
We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.
