Retail Associate (Full-Time)

Min Commitment: Preferably at least 1 year

Target join date: End June 2025

Location: Funan (City Hall)

Job Scope:

• Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
• Aid in arranging store displays and restocking inventory
• Supervise cash register operations and counter responsibilities
• Manage both incoming and outgoing inventory at the store
• Advertise sales and ongoing promotions to customers
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized at all times
• Generate content for the brand's social media channels
• 80% in-store retail duties, 20% ad-hoc and logistics duties in office

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean/ PR are able to apply
• 5 days/week (at least 1 weekend and public holiday)
• Display qualities of precision, thoroughness, and proactive initiative
• Adapt well to a fast-paced team setting and excel as an individual contributor
• No prior experience required
• Proficient in promptly accomplishing tasks, multitasking, and performing well under pressure
• Able to commit for at least 1 year

Digital Fashion Marketing Intern

Min Commitment: 6 months (Full-Time)

Job Scope:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content creation
• Assist in photoshoots and post-production of photo and video editing
• Create and produce new marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness
• Manage weekly live streaming events
• Monitor brand’s online performance)
• Conduct regular research to ensure the brand’s relevance across all online platforms
• Liaise with external stakeholders including influencers for necessary marketing campaigns
• Develop and administer SEO/SEM to effectively scale up customer retention

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or any related courses preferred
• Strong understanding of Modparade’s brand identity to ensure consistent visuals across all platforms and marketing efforts
• Proficient in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.
• Possess basic videography editing skills
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Competent in website analytics and advertising platforms services such as Google Analytics and Google Adwords
• Sharp eye for aesthetics and creative details 
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced working environment

Job Scope:

• Have a strong understanding of Modparade as a brand and our target audience
• Assist in planning, execution, and preparation for photoshoots
• Assist retouchers in their responsibilities where required
• Keep check of necessary equipment/inventory when needed
• Keep a calm and positive mindset when dealing with stakeholders
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including solving unpredictable problems

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Photography, Fashion Design/Merchandising or any related courses preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro/Final Cut
• Strong interest in fashion photography
• Have prior experience in running photoshoots
• Flair for balance and composition
• Able to multitask
• Work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment)
• A positive and eager attitude to achieve goals
