1) When is Modparade Warehaus Sale?

It's held on the following dates from 12noon to 8pm.

• Friday 8th Sept: Family & Friends Day (Open For Priority Ticket Holders, Adventurer Tier Customers & Invited Guests Only). Closed off to Public.
• Saturday 9th Sept: Open to Public, no ticket is required.
• Sunday 10th Sept: Open to Public, no ticket is required.

2) Where is Modparade Warehaus Sale?

The Warehaus Sale will be held at:
VISUAL ARTS CENTER (Above Dhoby Ghaut MRT)

3) How do I get to the Warehaus Sale Event?

By Car

• Park at Plaza Singapura/ Singapore Shopping Centre/ The Cathay/ Fort Canning Outdoor Carpark.
• Take a short 2 min walk over to Visual Arts Centre.

By Train

• Walk from Exit B of Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (Head left and turn another left, approximately 20 metres walking distance)

By Bus

• Take buses 7, 14, 16, 36, 65, 111, 124, 128, 162, 174, 175; and stop at Penang Road / Dhoby Ghaut Station, walk over.

4) What should I expect at Modparade Warehaus Sale?

You can expect the following:

• Different Warehaus Exclusive Designs each day.
  (Family & Friends Day will presented both Sat & Sun selection of Warehaus Exclusive Designs)
• Markdown Past Season Items of up to 80% Off
• New Arrivals (Recent Collections) up to 30% Off
• Clothing Samples

5) Will the items be replenished as I am worried that if I come on 10th Sept, there will be nothing left.

Definitely! Every couple of hours, we will restock and replenish the racks at best effort basis! We have tons of good stuff that will last for 3 days! Also, we will launch different Warehaus exclusives each day too!

6) Do I need to purchase a ticket to enter?

Only for Friday, 8th Sept, Family & Friends day when a Priority Ticket is required (if you are not an Adventurer Tier.)

Do note that each ticket only admits ONE. 

7) If I am coming on the 9th Sept (Sat) or 10th Sept (Sun), do I still need a ticket to enter?

Nope. Both 9th & 10th Sept are open to public and you can just walk in to our Warehaus Sale without tickets.

8) Is there anything I need to bring for the sale?

Perhaps a measuring tape as there is strictly a no trying, no slipping on policy. If you do not own any, approach our friendly staff to loan one.


9) Will there be bag checks or bag size requirements?

We strongly suggest you not to bring a bag that is bigger than an A6 size. Bags bigger than A6 size will be deposited at our Bag Check counter & we will not be liable for any lost of items.
Bags checks will be conducted for security purposes as well.

10) What are the payment modes that you will be accepting?

As this is a CASHLESS event, we only accept PAYNOW & GRABPAY only.

11) Can I use my current Store Credits/ Maison Camp Points for payment?

Strictly no usage of Store Credits, Maison Camp Points will be allowed. 
No exchange, returns or refunds for items purchased at the sale as items will be sold AS-IS.
We do recommend you to check your purchases thoroughly before payment.

PRIORITY TICKET

1) Do I need to purchase a ticket to enter if I am coming on Family & Friends Day 8th Sept?

Yes but only for Friday, 8th Sept, Family & Friends day when a Priority Ticket is required (if you are not an Adventurer Tier.)

Do note that each ticket only admits ONE. 

2) Can I purchase more than ONE Priority ticket per person?

Absolutely! As each Priority ticket only admits 1, you and your friends are required to have a ticket individually.

3) How do I collect my tickets?

Tickets are fully digital via your email order confirmation. No collection of tickets is required. Just show us your email containing your order number will do.

4) If I have purchased Priority Tickets to enter on Family & Friends Day (8th Sept) how will the offset be done?

The Ticket price of $10 will be offset on the total value you have purchased at the sale.

5) Can I cancel my ticket and get my refund back?

That will not be possible. Ticket will not be refunded in the event of no show. No refunds for unused credits in the event of not purchasing any item during the warehouse sale. Ticket Credit cannot be transferred to online store credit.

 / HOW DO I PURCHASE THE PRIORITY TICKETS?

1. Priority Tickets will be up on sale from 31st Aug, 8pm onwards.
2. Select your preferred date & time here.
3. Proceed to add to cart & payment as per usual. 
4. Do note that Store Credits/ Maison Camp points/ Discount/ Promo Codes are NOT allowed to be used to purchase the Tickets.
5. Take note that tickets are fully digital (it will be your Order number) and will be sent to your email upon confirmation.
6. Please bring along your email order confirmation on the day of the sale event to be allowed entry.
7. If you are unable to locate the email, do give your junk mail/ spam folder/ promotional tab a check as our email might have ended up here.
8. This Warehaus sale event is a cashless event. We only accept PAYNOW & GrabPay as the only mode of payment.

 / TERMS & CONDITIONS 

GENERAL

1. No usage of Store Credits/ Discounts/ Maison Camp Points during Modparade Warehaus Sale.
2. Items are sold as-is. No exchange or refunds for items purchased at the sale. Please check your items before payment.
3. No Maison Camp Points will be credited to your Modparade account during the Warehouse sale event.
4. Strictly no trying/ slipping on. Fitting rooms will not be available.
5. Bag checks will be conducted for security purposes.
6. Bags larger than a A6 size will have to be deposited at our Bag Check Counter and we will not be liable for any lost of items.
7. All sales are final. Modparade reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

PRIORITY TICKET

1. Priority Ticket admits ONE only.
2. Priority Ticket purchase email confirmation is required for access to the event.
3. Each Priority ticket entitles you to shop during your chosen time slot only.
4. Ticket price of $10 will be used to offset your purchase on the day of sale.
5. If you have purchased more than 1 Timeslot in a single order, the Ticket price offset will be based on the entry Timeslot upon payment.
6. Ticket will not be refunded in the event of no show.
7. No refunds for unused credits in the event of not purchasing any item during the Warehaus sale.
8. Ticket Credit cannot be transferred to online store credit.
9. Ticket Credit can only be used during the warehouse sale event.
10. Ticket is only valid for the purchased Date/Time Slot.
11. No usage of Store Credits/ Discounts/ Maison Camp Points is allowed to purchase Priority Tickets.
12. Time slots are fixed and your slot will not be extended in the event of late entry.
13. Modparade reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
