/ HOW DO I PURCHASE THE TICKETS?

- Proceed to add to cart & payment as per usual.
- Do note that Store Credits/ Modearn$ points/ Promo Code are NOT allowed to be used to purchase the Tickets.
- Take note that tickets are fully digital (it will be your Order number) and will be sent to your email upon confirmation.
- Please bring along your email order confirmation on the day of the sale event to be allowed entry.
- If you are unable to locate the email, do give your junk mail/ spam folder/ promotional tab a check as our email might have ended up here.
- This Warehouse sale event is a cashless event. We only accept PAYNOW & GrabPay as the only mode of payment.
/ TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Ticket admits ONE only.
- Ticket purchase email confirmation is required for access to the event.
- Each ticket entitles you to shop for 1 hour only at your chosen time slot.
- Ticket price of $10 will be used to offset your purchase on the day of sale.
- If you have purchased more than 1 Timeslot/ Day in a single order, the Ticket price offset will be based on the entry Date & Timeslot upon payment.
- Ticket will not be refunded in the event of no show.
- No refunds for unused credits in the event of not purchasing any item during the warehouse sale.
- Ticket Credit cannot be transferred to online store credit.
- Ticket Credit can only be used during the warehouse sale event.
- Ticket is only valid for the purchased Date/Time Slot.
- No usage of Store Credits/ discounts/ Modearn$ Points.
- Items are sold as-is. No exchange or refunds for items purchased at the sale. Please check your items before payment.
- No Modearn$ points will be credited to your Modparade account during the Warehouse sale event.
- Time slots are fixed and your slot will not be extended in event of late entry.
- Strictly no trying/ slipping on. Fitting rooms will not be available.
- Bag checks will be conducted for security purposes.
- All sales are final. Modparade reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us, therefore the following precautionary and safe distancing measures will be put in place:
- All customers are required to check in via SafeEntry.
- According to the Government regulations, wearing of Face Masks is mandatory.
- We reserve the right to reject entry to customers who appear unwell or are not wearing face masks.
- Hand sanitizers will be made available at the entrance & cashier counter.
- All high touch points areas, including the clothing racks, will be wiped down and sanitized between each time slot.
- The number of customers at the venue will be controlled in accordance with the Government regulation to ensure safe distancing measures.
1) Can I purchase more than 1 ticket per person?
Absolutely! However, you can only enter once all your friends are here (Maximum group of 5). As once the ticket has been registered for entry, we do not allow any re-entry.
2) How do I collect my tickets?
Tickets are fully digital via your email order confirmation. No collection of tickets is required.
3) What to expect at The Warehaus Sale?
You can expect Warehouse exclusive designs, Past Season Styles, Samples & Archive Designs at up to 80% off!
4) My time slot is of a later timing, will the items be replenished?
Definitely! Before every time slot, we will restock and replenish the racks at best effort basis! We have tons of good stuff that will last for 3 days! Also, we will launch different Warehaus exclusives each day too!
5) Is there anything I need to bring for the sale?
Just your handy phone that contains your email order confirmation for entry access!
6) What are the payment modes that you will be accepting?
As this is a CASHLESS event, we only accept PAYNOW & GRABPAY only.
7) Can I use my current Store Credits/ Modearn$ Points for payment?
Strictly no usage of Store Credits, Modearn$ Points will be allowed.
No exchange or refunds for items purchased at the sale.
We do recommend you to check your purchases thoroughly before payment.
8) If I have purchased multiple days of tickets for myself in 1 single order, how will the offset be done?
If you have purchased more than 1 Timeslot/ Day in a single order, the Ticket price offset will be based on the entry Date & Timeslot upon payment.
